What is a discount code and how do I get one?

A discount code is a word, phrase or initials that have been created by Insulation Tools.com in order to allow customers to receive predetermined discount off of their internet order. The discount code box is at the top of the Basket page and it says "Apply Discount" next to it. When you enter the code and click apply discount, the new total is automatically calculated. You must contact Insulation Tools.com to inquire about discount codes.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are received, processed and shipped within 24 hours after being placed. Depending upon order volume most orders will be shipped by 4:00 pm the day after you placed your order. Packages ship Monday - Friday.

How do I know if my order was received?

You will receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes after you place the order. This email will have a list of all the products you order with prices, shipping cost and total. If your credit card has been declined the email will state so at the top of the order. This is what it will read:

Card Status: Error - the card you entered has been declined

How can I track my package?

After you place your order and we have processed it, you will receive an email from UPS containing a tracking number for your package. It will be an internet link that you can click on. This will take you to the UPS website and show you the progress of your package.

When will my package arrive?

It depends upon what shipping option you chose when you ordered. Allow one day for processing. If you choose Ground shipping, it can take up to 5 business days. UPS does not normally ship on Saturday or Sunday. If you order on Friday at 2:00 pm then you can expect to receive your package no later than the following Friday. If you order on Monday at 1:00 pm and choose Next Day Air, expect to recieve your package on Wednesday sometime before 7:00 pm.

What can I do if my package does not arrive?

If you have not received your order within 7 days after you placed the order than you need to give us a call so we can find out what went wrong. Please call us 302-766-4399 or send an email.

What if items are missing from my order?

Insulation Tools.com is an internet driven company and everything is processed using computers. We are however human and sometimes, not often, your order may be missing an item. Please call or email us immediately if this happens so we can take corrective action to fix any problem you may have. Your complete satisfaction is our goal and we work tirelessly to realize this.

Can I get a package shipped outside the United States?

We will ship anywhere you are willing to pay for. Some areas of the world can be quite expensive to ship to but if you need it, we will ship it. Items are shipped from U.S. zip code 19734.

How safe is my personal information?

Insulation Tools.com owns its own security certificate that you can view at the bottom right hand corner of the checkout page on our website. There is a picture of a lock with our name next to it. You should also see that the page name address begins with https. The "s" meaning that it is secure. Our website hosting company utilizes 128bit SSL encryption, which is the same level of encryption that banking websites use. The Team-Logic interface is designed to use very few images, because image files in the system are also encrypted within every page view. Yes. The best time to call is between 9:00 am and 3:00pm EST Monday - Friday.

How can I get my question answered that that is not here?
